Tom Kilian began his marketing career at interactive and multicultural agencies in the Chicago area that were nationally ranked by Advertising Age. He has strong expertise in online lead generation and customer acquisition, and shortly after completing his graduate education, participated in the development of a Spanish-language customer acquistion campaign for a Fortune 100 account.

While at agencies in the Chicago area, he worked on accounts including Comcast, Cox Communications, and Time Warner Cable. At Kilian Integrated, he continues to lead innovative, ROI-driven national campaigns for clients.

Tom received his M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL. The program is one of the largest advertising-related graduate programs in the country, in which Tom graduated at the top of his class with a 4.0 GPA. He served as the founding president of the Roosevelt Association of Marketing Communications (RAMC), Graduate Assistant in the Department of Communication, and was the first-ever recipient of the B.T. Bryght Award at the university. His graduate studies and research included topics such as brand strategy and management, consumer behavior, customer relationship management (CRM) and multicultural marketing.

Tom received his B.A. in English and Spanish under a Presidential Scholarship at Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. Fluent in Spanish, he spent a portion of his undergraduate studies at academic programs in Central America and Europe.
